Dr. Brian and Dr. Katina are educators, mentors, United States Air Force veterans, and entrepreneurs who founded Clarke Education Foundation. After retiring from the United States Air force with 20 years of service, Dr. Brian earned his Master’s Degree in Special Education and Educational Leadership from Wilmington University and his Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Special Education from Walden University. Dr. Brian has over 17 years of experience in secondary education. Dr. Katina was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force after serving five years. She then pursued her educational goals by earning a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and her PhD. in Social Psychology from Walden University. Dr. Katina has over 22 years of experience teaching psychology at colleges and universities in the United States and Europe. Dr. Brian and Dr. Katina have been married for 29 years. During this time, they traveled to over 20 countries together to learn more about the culture, government, and educational systems of nations across the globe. Their non-profit organization Clarke Education Foundation was born out of one such travel experience to the West African country of Ghana, where they are providing both students and teachers with access to educational resources that will prepare them to be globally competitive in a rapidly changing world.
