Dr. Brian and Dr. Katina Clarke are educators who are committed to helping children reach their full academic potential. This commitment led to the creation of The Clarke Education Foundation. Dr. Brian and Dr. Katina Clarke have traveled to many countries learning about cultures, history, people, and education systems but developed a passion for the people of Ghana. My Ancestor’s Children Project is the first foreign educational initiative supported by The Clarke Education Foundation.
The vision of My Ancestor’s Children Project is to provide students in Africa with access to educational resources that will prepare them to be globally competitive in a rapidly changing world. We do this by connecting Ghanaian educators with foreign educational stakeholders.
1. To enhance teacher’s pedagogical capacity by connecting them to professional development opportunities in the United States and the United Kingdom.
2. To help children reach their full academic potential by providing access to a quality education in their local village.
